• Bookings made should be paid 100% within 24 hours of making the booking.

• Credit card payment - We accept VISA and MASTERCARD

Cancellation penalties:

• 48 Hours before arrival time - 100% cancellation fee.
• 2 - 7 Days before arrival time - 50% cancellation fee.
• More than 7 days before arrival time - 10% cancellation fee.
• When a booking is cancelled, a 4.5% card fee is not refunded.

Modifications:     

• No refunds will be given on downgrades
• When modifying the arrival date to an earlier date, no modification fees will be charged, unless the total cost is decreased.

1. All bookings made will require immediate payment of a 50% deposit to secure. If the deposit is not paid in full within 24 hours the booking will be cancelled
2. Amendments to bookings have to be processed directly with Ama-Zing African Safaris. Note that any downgrading of a booking will result in a modification charge as set out under Modifications.
3. Cancellations of bookings have to be processed directly with Ama-Zing African Safaris. Note that the cancellation of a booking will result in a cancellation charge as set out under Cancellation penalties.
4. All bookings are processed at Standard Rates. The booking is only guaranteed once a confirmation e-mail is received from Ama-Zing African Safaris.
5. Proof of payment has to contain the booking/reference number as on the confirmation e-mail.
6. Safari availability is subject to accommodation availability at the Reserve used for the specific safari.
7. Ama-Zing African Safaris reserve the right to change any tariffs, services or rules without prior notification.

• Children on safari are to be under strict parental supervision at all times.
• Ama-Zing African Safaris can and will not accept responsibility for supervision of children.
• Parents with children are required to at all times take other guests into consideration and ensure that children follow instructions and directions given by the guide. This is the only manner in which the comfort and safety of all guests can be achieved.
